I'm soooo disappointed at Virgin Active Gym, they told me if I signed up with them and attend 24 times during the 2 months the special was running I would get R800 cash back hha!! guess what? it's time to pay and now they make sure they find something not to pay the money.... I was never told that if my debit doesn't go through and end up paying cash then I won't get the R800 only now when I inquire about my money back they tell me that. I hate this and if I didn't have to pay so much to cancel this contract I would and go gym somewhere else.
