Phone ****** from the lenasia Virgin active social wellness club on heritage day

I am a member of the lenasia Virgin active club my phone was ****** from my locker which was locked someone broke my lock off and stole my phone i approached my locker and realized that someone had broken in to my locker and my gym bag was left open which I closed before I left to go to the pool so i then searched through my gym bag to see if everything was there then i realized my phone was ****** from the gym bag so i asked around at the reception if they bad seen anyone walking out with my phone since it was heritage day and the gym was quiet they told me no they haven't and said i must check again so i did check again and i didn't find my phone so i had then borrowed someone's phone and tried to track my phone and when I tracked it my phone's last location was at the lenasia Virgin active club so then i proceeded to call my number afterwards and then when I dialed my number it went straight to THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED DOES NOT EXIST that's when i realized something is wrong and suspicious so i asked the receptionists if i could view the camera footage exiting the locker\change room they told me that they not allowed to access the camera without a police and that it's my own fault that so i asked them how could it have been my fault when i locked my locker they said no they can not help me so i opened up a police case of theft and they then still refused to help me i am absolutely upset with the situation and would appreciate assistance so hopefully with God's grace i can get my phone back valued at the price of R15 000 Please i humbly ask for assistance on this matter........!
