My phone Samsung S24 ultra (R25 000) was ****** in side the locker at virgin active Polokwane. I fell like they are not helping me with anything to find the phone, instead they protect they ***** with their policies they even refused to show the cctv footage to the police officer. The other part i don't understand is that the cleaners opens our lockers before closing time.
