My fiance and I arrived at the gym. I'm not a member, I was just his guest and at arrival, the lady who received us was very dismissive and not so helpful. In fact she was ready to even turn us away but Fortune Sibanda stepped in and helped us, I'm now even the new member even though I wasn't interested before. He even got us to join things that we were not even aware of. He was very patient, kind, highly professional and even gave me a reason to join Virgin Active. The ladies from there can learn so much from his genuinely great customer service skills, instead of looking like they are having a tea party. (Salon gossip vibes). Anyway this is about Fortune Sibanda, my partner and I are highly impressed and satisfied by this morning's service from this particular gentleman.
