Personal trainer at Virgin Active Boulders

<p>I subscribed for a 6 pack personal training booster on the 29/06/2017. (1) The lady, Patience who assisted me was on the phone while billing me, which was unprofessional. (2) I selected Daniel as a trainer. I asked Daniel to be called on the following Saturday since Patience did not provide me with his number. We sat, he took my number and promised to call/text in order to arrange the sessions and he hasn't called since. (3) I called Virgin Active later the next week to inform them of my issue and the training manager has not called me back. (4) I further informed the receptionist when I was at the gym on the 15th of July, she promised to inform the training manager, however this manager has not called me back.</p> <p>I want a refund or allocation to a new personal trainer</p>
