Personal details to 3rd parties

<p>I recently joined Virgin Active (Hazeldean club, Pretoria). After specifically stating that my contact details are confidential and should not be distributed to any 3rd party or partner of VA, Vitality (Discovery) phoned me three times.... POPI Act???? Please see this in a serious light as the majority of your clients are professionals and will not tolerate misconduct like this. Its a wonderful facility and I really did not expect ignorance in this regard. </p>
