Persistent Sales Calls in spite of requesting to be removed from sales lists

A few years ago we were members of Virgin Active Tableview. We cancelled our membership but since then have had persistent sales calls from them, despite expressing no inteest and repeatedly asking them to take us off their contact sheets. In the beginning we were polite about it, but in the last 5 days alone (between my husband and myself) we have received 3 sales calls. AND I asked them to take us off their lists again! And I STILL got another 2 calls! This is harassment pure and simple! Do I have to lay a harrassment charge against them to get them to stop??????
