Payment made into wrong contract

Over a month ago I came in to do a manual payment into my account for my gym membership as well as club v membership your consultant made an error and paid both premiums into my gym membership I have come in everytime to ask for help to resolve this only to get told someone will contact me to resolve but nobody ever does.

Now everytime I swipe my club v card your la lucia branch tells me I didn't pay yet I did pay and your consultant made this error so will anyone ever sort this ongoing problem out?! Not to mention the fact that u debit for the premiums every month so there is no way you could ever say that it isn't paid?!
