Payment Issue

I logged a complaint weeks ago, I havent been called but just received an email saying someone was going to call me. I am still receiving calls from the Collections Department for the friend I introduced to join the gym.<br> They say I signed saying I was gonna pay for him and on the other hand he has a debit order whereby money is being taken for his membership<br> <br> I ask again, please fix this
