paying full amout and unable to use all the facilities due to water restrictions

I understand that we are experiencing water shortage and due to this we will be unable to use the steam room facilities however I feel that customers should be compensated for this by paying less. As the gyms are already saving on water bills. one of the reasons I joined was to use the steam room facilities
