Pay back my money!

When we joined the gym my daughters card did not work. We only joined the gym in order for them to swim. They battled to fix her card for 8 months when I was told that the lady will fix it and I can pick it up after the swim. Yes, the card was fixed, but they started deducting money from my account for the club V that she never used!!! They admitted that it was a misake, but still deducts the money. It is now a year and a half later, thank goodness my contract is over. Now handing it over to the lawers to get my money back. Nobody is willing to help. Very disapointed!!
