PAUL TREMLOW'S customer service, I hope Edward will be better

I signed up for this thing and I was not informed about the packages whatsoever.

The club representative that assisted me doesn't even know the packages they have, I'm annoyed by the service I received from the representative to the manager Paul TREMLOW (Roodepoort/Constantia Club) .

He called and assured me that he will assist me with my query, he requested that one of the consultants assist me and the person who "assisted" was annoyingly Rude his name is Isaac from Roodepoort/Constantia Club as well.. Take him to training, he doesn't know how to talk to customers.

I will definitely lodge a complaint with GOCA
