PATHIC SERVICE!!! CALL GET DROPPED ON ME AFTER HOLDING FOR AN HOUR!!!

How ridiculous is Virgin Active's service man? PATHETIC!!!!! I called the call centre, AKA Customer Service, Yeh right! On ***at around 08h45 today (04.05.2023) waiting in line in your IVR for an hour, yes a ****** hour! Just for the call to be dropped on me when I got to the front of the queue!!! Please check this and get back to me. All I wanted is for my account to be debited as it was not done for this month. I received an sms to say it will be debited on 2 May due to the public holiday but nothing came off my account. This is for my wife and my membership. I look forward to your response and feedback on the latter as well as on the matter of the call being dropped on me.
