Pathetic stuff

I am part of virgin active for many years. I decided to try out the Westville branch due to having a pool and wanting to change my membership from overport to Westville. The 1st time I came I did not train due to the fact that it was over packed so I can 5 days later hoping to try out the facilities. I speak to the manager Eric and he gives me so much of attitude as if I was trash. Then while standing and explaining that I do not have a wallet to pay a day pass and I'm coming from far wanting to try out the facilities... He just ignores me and makes me like a fool in front of people. Is this what virgin active Westville is... Pathetic to the core... I haven't seen so unfriendly people like this in my life. As if I am an animal or I can't afford this gym.... This Is really really disheartening. Eric deserves to be reprimanded for this type of behavior.
