Pathetic staff at Sandton Virgin Active CBD

The worst experience ever at Sandton CBD virgin Active the consultant by the name of Momo does not know her job at all please train her she does not know the contract details and how membership works , she signed my mum and I up for a promo at the time gym for January and February for free and only pay in March. My mum is a pensioner and she clearly told Momo she will just join for the 2 free months up in January, she was supposed to call us back before the debit orders went through. The debit order went through R 480.00. We phoned the gym for 7 days straight but the excuses were she just stepped out and she will call us back but she never returns calls then when you finally get hold of her she **** to us and said just go to Carlswald gym where we actually gym and fill out a refund forms you will get your money back in 3 to 4 days. We go to Carlswald gym the consultant says there is no such thing of a refund form to cancel we must pay the pro-rata fees of R 960.00 and give notice to cancel my mum being a pensioner had to pay because your staff Momo and Ben don't know there jobs and how to explain to clients so basically we were conned into a gym contract at Sandton Virgin Active CBD. The bad stuff at Sandton Virgin Active is bringing your brand down and it's extremely disappointing that the customer is not treated as King anymore.
