Pathetic service virgin active waterstone

Pathetic service : Waterstone Reception with attitude refused to let me use the toilet after spending 850 / month for more than a year. Wanted to cancel my wife’s contract. Climbed over the boom and used the toilet after all paperwork was done for cancelation. One month later still taking my 850 when i visit to check why, they said i left before completing all paperwork (lie)which after seeing manager he mailed me that he spoke to the lady that helped me the previous time and she knows nothing of the forms that she filled in for cancelation(another lie). When i asked why did they not phone me if everything was not completed they said they did phone but i did not answer ( lie 3). So i am waiting for their response because according to them i came in filled in the form to use the toilet then climbed over the bar and left without finalizing documents which i never completed according to them. Makes a hell of a lot of sense. 52 years old 1ste complaint ever and oops the client is a ****. His word against customer focused employee, ( and off co**** no video footage 30 days passed) Christo wiese with these staff and management you better prepare yourself for another steinhoff and don’t say you did not know or were not warnedHi Marius,

I have tried phoning you, unfortunately could not reach you twice between 16:00-16:15 on Monday 8 July 2019.

I have checked our cancelation file and guest register file. The only form that you have completed was the guest register file, no cancelation form was filled in or signed. I have attached a copy of the guest register that you have completed.

The reason for your wife Sonel van der Westhuizen not being canceled is you have never completed any documentation after you went to the toilet and left without returning to reception.

If you do wish to continue with the cancelation for your wife you will have to contact our Cancelation Centre at ***.
