Pathetic Service Virgin Active SA

<p>If I remember correctly Virgin Active in Paarl opened its doors around 1997. Since then our club has NEVER been upgraded. We have horribly old equipment compared to any other club in the Western Cape. </p> <p> </p> <p>The structure of the building Virgin Active is in is also in a very bad condition. When it is raining it always rains in by the windows and the window sills are soaking wet. </p> <p> </p> <p>If we send through any requests to management absolutely nothing happens. They just say that the problem is at head office.</p> <p> </p> <p>After everyone in our spinning class complained for about 2 years we finally received new spinning bikes as the old bikes wete broken. Another year passed before we finally got a fan against the wall in our spinning class as the air-conditioning did cool the studio down at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>The instructors we have that give classes have been the same all the years and they do nothing to change their classes or make it more interesting. </p> <p> </p> <p>We did receive a new instructor, Angella Du Toit which gives classes that are next level. She is the best I've ever seen. Her Pilates and spinning are just fantastic.</p> <p> </p> <p>She's definitely the best thing that ever happened to Virgin Active Paarl.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our gym is outdated and has a lot of old and limited equipment</p> <p> </p> <p>Our membership fees are put up yearly without even letting me know that is going to increase.</p> <p> </p> <p>Angella Du Toit is the only reason I'm still at Virgin Active Paarl. If she leaves I leave. </p> <p> </p>
