Pathetic service from Virgin Active Vodaworld and H/O

Was contacted by a consultant to join under a vitality promo, however he signed me up on the regular amount, I initially done a eft to join as per their request, however I was still debited twice after that, I kept querying and all he said was he will enquire which he didn't, I went in and the manager was not available, I have emailed and called, they have still not responded and this was almost 3 months ago, I have contacted H/O and they have also not helped and keep referring me to the branch, I have canceled my membership and I am still getting debited!
