pathetic service from Virgin Active - Jody Miller

I was dealing with a guy called Jody Miller, he signed us up from Cape Town head office, since the deal was done he refused us service, till date, we still waiting on him to refund us for what was promised, they say that their calls are being recorded but when told to bring up the recording there's always an excuse, these consultants sign you up with **** promises and then give you the cold shoulder.

I called in twice to have the case escalated but to date no one called me back. Best will be to block their debit orders then an agent will quickly call back because they losing money. pathetic service all round, really thought a massive company like virgin active would have great service.
