PATHETIC SERVICE

Virgin Active your APP does not function and your Call Center service is utterly lacking. A simple call to get help with your app escalated into me cancelling my membership ( which dates back to the inception of Health & Racquet Club) because your call center agent was rude , unhelpful and kept talking over me, her supervisor , even more patronising and did not even offer an apology and the agent in cancellation dept, downright rude and familar.
