Pathetic service... Cancel my subscription with no excuses

I am trying to cancel my gym membership and no one wants to assist me. I have sent 2 emails and made calls to the call centre but they always offline and on my last attempt the agent just cut off and did not bother calling me back. I have cancelled my Vitality and I don't want to be charge a public rate. Please cancel my subscription urgently.
