Pathetic service by Virgin Active.

For some unknown reason I owe Virgin Active R730.00 for months now. I gave them a go ahead to debit all the money owed so that I can be able to use their facility, but they only debit +-R300.00 every month and keep me blocked. I am tired of receiving their calls because they are of no use. I am paying Virgin Active for nothing, and for months now. Pssst : I am on month-to-month contract.
