Pathetic service at Virgin Active Groenkloof Pretoria

State of Air-Conditioning and management at VA Groenkloof Pretoria. VA Groenkloof was upgraded during the past few months. But what was supposed to be a upgrade has since become a downgrade. Since the upgrade the air-conditioning only has one setting, and that is COLD. Hell it was colder inside the gym than outside this morning 31 May 2019 The management at the gym just don't care. You can ask, you can fill in complaint card, which I saw being thrown again in a dustbin which leads to nothing being done. I demand a response from the management of Virgin Active South-Africa, otherwise my colleagues and I will have to contact Virgin Active in the UK and if need be Mr Brandson himself to tell him how his brand is being treated in South Africa.
