Pathetic service at health club

I need to report Virgin Active Loftus healthclub in Pretoria due to appalling service. I have filled in complained forms 3 times and brought the problems in the club under the attention of the staff several times but NOTHING had been done in the 15 days the club has reopened. This kind of service is pathetic if you take in account that its costing me almost a R1000 a month to be a member of this dismal club. I have warned them i'm going to take steps against them but i was being ignored all the time!
