PATHETIC SERVICE AND FALSE UNPAID CLAIMS

I was given a free pass to return to virgin active, after being at their direct competitor for 3 years, I was rejected at the entry due to a claim of non-payment of account. I had contacted head office to request for attention and escalation of this matter in which virgin active claims I owe (three weeks ago) and have still not received a single call or update in this regard. Upon correlation with bank statements per the months claimed as unpaid, evidence showing that payments were made as well as subsequent billing for two months post-cancellation are evident. I have tried to contact the representative in head office initially tasked to assist, of which on both occasions I have not even received a call back. I highly recommend planet fitness above virgin active and would be less than likely to ever train with them again, as such a simple issue cannot even be resolved timeously. Pathetic service, happy to bill without resolution, false claims of funds owing, useless administrative team, utterly ridiculous.
