Pathetic Service and Administration!!!!!

I had taken up a membership with Virgin Active on their Cyber Monday Deal which entitled me to a free 3 month membership. The consultant Ashley Ramataur advised me that he would migrate it to my Discovery Vitality after 3 months and I have tried emailing him and contacting him with no feedback. I wanted this resolved as R750 was deducted from my bank account and he had advised that he will migrate it before then

He had advised me that if I would receive a deduction on my bank account I should inform him to have a reversal conducted and migration to Vitality.

This issue was handed over to Darren Naidoo and Ayanda Sadere to resolve - It is now 2021 and they both advised me that this was actioned in 2020 however still not resolved and they wish to demand for money! Absolutely pathetic!
