Pathetic service all around! I want my refund! You owe me money!

sometimes companies are so ************ that no amount of trying to be fair works. I have made numerous phone calls, have emailed and have even been chatting on messenger and have gotten no joy. Virgin Active has the most pathetic service all around and I am honestly disgusted! 😡 After signing a contract and them not honouring the terms, I cancelled. I was again promised a refund and an amendment to the remaining payment terms....3 months later they are still billing me the full amounts and no refund! Am so fed up now! Have requested them to contact me telephonically so many times but they continue to ignore my request!

Ps. I didn't receive all my free gifts as promised, no one showed us around the club, was hounded about payments even though it was a debit order and they failed to capture details correctly for 1 of my 4 memberships, was told by a staff member that I should try home workouts for a particular exercise I enquired about...what a joke!!
