Pathetic Service

i have been trying to cancel my contract with you guys since last month and it so frustrationg everytime i try to call the number is congested and if i finally get through they have to put me through to the person dealing with my contract and that is were it ends every single time i have been calling in this is seriously pathetic and is one of the many reasons i want to cancel my contract can someone please call me to cancel my contract ASAP
