Pathetic service

I am been a member since 2007 to date but the incompetence of virgin active has deteriorated to last degree, Since their systems were hacked things worsen up.I have been having issues early 2020 when I requested to be moved to virgin active wonderpark the treatment I got from this lady is " whack" treating me like I can't afford my gym membership, my issues had been dealt by several people at your finance department likes of Christellene or Christel,Mbali to a point where by I had to use email from your head office for access to your gym.I feel victimised,bul**** looked down every time I visit your gym, In less than a year I have signed 3 contracts just for a move and I was told I owe 370 which I paid yesterday and hour later I was told again I owe double.I have sent 6 months statement lady year April to Christel to date no answer
