Pathetic service

October 2017 a ales representative came and sold a deal of R799.00 -told to pay R100 upfront for the deal to go through which that was done .R992.00 debited by Virgin and disputed but still no correction done ,the sales agent no longer responds to email .The manager then called and offered to fix the issue and give a free subscription and would email the confirmation (That was never done ) i guess they just make empty promises . Ask them for an email to lay your complaint they would never give you that -what company has no email correspondence . i want this contract cancelled ,i cant afford having being billed for bank charges due to your staff incompetence
