Pathetic service

Hi,to whom it may concern,this is my second review that i am writing on this company.i had a contract with them for two years,completely paid up and said that i would be using there services,one of the ladies then told me that it would on a month to month basis,and if i dont pay that month the contract would terminate automatically,as so i thought,just to find out that i have been handed over to and a collection agency for a gym contract thats in arrears,this is the same contract that is fully paid up.So now we are being harassed and told that we will be blacklisted if the account is not paid,which by my knowledge is fully paid,even after i went to Virgin Active Watermeyer Pretoria,to tell that for the third time to cancel the contract but they insisted that i owe them monies again on a contract that is fully paid up.i would also like to know how do i resolve this issue,because the staff at said establishment is of no help at all,Very ****ed off and frustrated.
