Pathetic service

I'm so frustrated with Virgin Active, I took out a membership in September with Xoli from Suninghill branch. She advised that I'll get November and December for free . Unfortunately this was not the case, I was billed for those months and I've been escalating this with the clubs sales manager whose now blue ticking me. I actually want to terminate my contract but no one is willing to assist. The service I've received is pathetic, I regret taking out this contract
