Pathetic Response

21st Of Jan 2018 Sunday morning AS I’m entering (driving) through the Virgin active (boom) gate in Soweto , Just as I’m hallway through that boom gate decided to close and hit damage my vehicle on the roof.

I then decided to call management and while doing that took some pictures and she confirm that is potage and the call was logged with the head office(cape town). weeks later I received an email from Stephanie Hardneck reading… “We regret to advise that your claim arising from the event that occurred on +- the 21 of January 2018 has been rejected in its entirety, as it is considered that there is no legal liability on the part of our client.”

I JUST NEED MY CAR FIXED BECAUSE YOUR (Virgin Active) GATE DAMAGED MY CAR. I DIDNT AS FOR THAT STUPID GATE TO BE INSTALLED.
