Pathetic Poor service and lack of accountability

Very pathetic . I have being a member for full year,when i supposed to renew i told consult over the phone that they is a high possibilities of relocating so i don't want to reactivate my membership . The consultant went and speak to his manager .They then the consultant said it is fine when time comes for me and an my family to relocate they will assist me with cancellation .now i cancelled they don't want since i waited for the call recording and virgin active can't provide it . I'm not going to their club but still they still want me to continue with contract n i relocated
