Pathetic personal trainers at Victory Park

I was sold a Personal Trainer 'sixpack' on 22 June. Sbu at Victory Park did a hard sell. The trainer was supposed to contact me with 24 hours. 4 weeks later, i still have not had any sessions. I have repeatedly tried to contact the trainer and the training manager. The trainers are not available and not interested. I asked for my money back about 2 weeks ago, but they didnt manage to do this.
