Pathetic management

Virgin active Claremont Cape town. Pathetic manager Matthew. Been complaining about same thing over and over for months and years now.. filled in forms (that says they will respond in 48h) even spoke face to face to him BUT HE DOES NOTHING to situations. Things like personal trainers that occupy limited machines for hours ( in rush hour times) and refuse to share.(Dont even mention the people). Trainer Daza that occupy 22 dumbbells at a time for an hour in peak time. broken or unavailable equipment like hairdryers and stuff in bathrooms. People in bathrooms refusing to share and consider each other with limited straighteners. The Kauai ladies coming in at 6h that is SO LOUD AND noisy and taking showers and getting ready(are they paying as well). The SAUna they forget to switch on in the mornings. And the worst...... all these kids coming with mommy just to come shower and chill in bathrooms. The list goes on. Etc. etc.Ive been complaining about these things a million times. The manager MATTHEW does nothing. He doesnt even try to make a plan. Hopefully Virgin active South Africa can step in.
