PATHETIC DEBTORS DEPARTMENT

I have been complaining to their debtors department for an incorrectly handed over account since 2016. I cancelled my children's V-Club accounts in Nov2016. In October 2017 I even joined a Classic Club and no mention was made of a handed over account. Never received any mails or calls. I have asked them to prove to me that they made me aware of this debt, and now they have gone completely silent. DISGUSTED to say the least.
