Pathetic customer services at Virgin Active Constantia Roodepoort

I filed a formal complaint against Virgin active Roodepoort for professional misconduct against one of their personal trainers, who performed massaging, cupping, and needling therapy on my back to alleviate the pain from a sports injury. It has done nothing but magnify the pain. Over 2 months later and I still have not received feedback. Everyone from top management to executives did not take the matter seriously nor did they provide me with any empatheric feedback. Instead, they schedule meetings with various gym managers to waste my time with interrogations and further humiliation. I've requested that they provide me with proof of the PTs qualifications so that I can seek professional medical help for the injuries on my back, and to date, it has still not been supp****.

At the same time, they suspended my husband after he confronted their PT about his misconduct towards me. And to date can't substantiate, with proof, the reason for the suspension. Instead, he too, had to sit through interrogations to defend false accusations against him. As loyal members of Virgin Active in general, we are absolutely disgusted that Virgin Active is only interested in protecting their own and NOT the protection of their loyal, diligent paying customers.

They are the worst at customer service! I have canceled mine and my children's memberships after being a member for 4 years. I'm appalled atthe treatment received from this institute.
