Virgin Active Boksburg K90 refuse to let my son (non member) in with me (premier member) to go to the toilet, which he needed badly. Paying customer at Kauai about to buy food as well, but no, my son must stand outside and wait?? Asked for the manager who proceeded to give me attitude. Absolutely disgusting service.
