Pathetic customer service.

Pathetic customer service. My Name is Sibusise Dlamini, *** The sound system in the system has not been working since Friday last week (25 February). I engaged Nhlanhla (MOD) to find a date on when would this be fixed. He couldn't commit on any date but rather advised that it's in the process of being resolved. Today (4 March) I made a follow up and could not commit on a date and subsequently called his GM (Dhirtri) who also could not commit on any date but rather gave a process answer as oppose to a date. The level of incompetence seems to be high at the Pavilion gym or customer service is not understood.
