Pathetic Customer Service (Call Centre)

After we had cancelled our paid up memberships. We got debited. And when I called to enquire, a call Centre Agent by the name of Bucks M****hana was so rude that he hung up on me during call when I refused to listen to his explanation because all I wanted was my money back. As if that was not enough I had to call again and then Veliswa Gubevu (Call Centre Agent) insisted that I had to listen to their explanation and called me rude, and refused to transfer my call to a Team leader when I asked her to. I'm glad I had cancelled. And the unfortunate thing is that The Gym Staff were very lovely and pleasant. Sorry can't say the same for the corporate end.
