PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASSISTANCE

The customer service at Virgin Active Little Falls is pathetic. Consultants are rude and not helpful. Some of us choose to train in the studio to be safer, and the staff refuse to switch the air-conditioning on. We pay our gym fees and expect to be comfortable when using the facilities. Not wait until we're almost passing out from heat in the studio.
