Pathetic Customer service

I was double debited for three continuous months and despite submitting all my bank statements to prove it, I am still waiting for my money back. I'm a student and they've over debited me in excess of one thousand rands. It's been over a month that I've been waiting now and despite them telling me they're in the process it's still not been done. Very disappointed and I can't wait until my contract is over in May.
