pathetic customer service

<p class="MsoNormal">I signed joining contract on the 23th of march at that time they were running promotion of Getting a bag,on the day that I registered the sales person didn’t have bags with him and he asked me to come back for it,however I was admitted in that week and I only went to them on the 4^th April. Since then I was told this guy has resigned and they will get back to me and they haven’t .I have been to the club but they dismiss me by saying they will call me back unfortunately they haven't.I have tried numerous time to contact them they are sending me from pillar to post ,even their club manager promised to get back to me on Monday and today its Friday no response from him.i have never used their facilities as dr said I’m not in a good state for gym as yet but without fail they are debiting my account each month but they failing to fulfil their contractual obligations.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Their service is really pathetic and annoying.</p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
