Pathetic customer service

I changed my package in October last year, was charged for this yet they continued to debit me for the old package. Been calling to get this sorted but no one seems to get it right. The last person I contacted promised to listen to the audio and come back to me, that was over 2 weeks ago. They keep debiting me for services I didn’t use. Trash 🚮
