Pathetic Company all Round

I joined the N1 City gym and had a horrific experience with their sales team. I went in and no sales person was available. I was told someone would call me and no one did. The Sales person I dealt with did not care to mention that the rate I signed up in November would increase in January, when I queried this with her she confirmed that I would not be impacted with an increase. I had to contact the call centre who then advised that the increase is correct. The sales person still disagrees and says they were told customers joining late in the year would not receive an increase in Jan. Please upskill and educate your staff better. Further to that she did not inform me of the promotion running during that period and I would get 3 months free if I went to the gym 3 times that month. I had another staff member inform me after and I did not qualify then for the promotion. Additional to that I changed my branch and it was too late to change the debit order to the lower amount for the new branch which I understood however they could still debit me for the difference the next month which they refused to do meaning they benefited from me paying more without utilising the branch with a higher fee. Everything seems impossible for this team and they clearly have a lack of understanding and no real concern for their customers. Just to mention the N1 City branch is the strangest branch I have seen and they are over populated. They keep adding members and most people can't even go to the gym or join the classes because there are already too many people signed up there. I would not want to renew my contract after this 12 months
