Pathetic cancelation service from Virgin Active!!!!

I had called and canceled my membership in April 2023 and even confirmed with the call centre agent that my last payment will be 1st May 2023. To my surprise on 1st June 2023 they have gone and deducted R696 from my account!!!! This is highly unprofessional of them and I want my money back. What a pathetic customer service that was provided. **** of a company!!!!!
