Pathetic behavior of Male staff

On Tuesday 21/04/15, before scanning my card for entry, 3 male staff members were at the reception desk. Ishaam, ashraf/Ahmed (could not see his name badge clearly) and another, probably Muslim with glasses. As a female patron scans her card and enters pass the turnstiles. Ashraf/Ahmed asks Ishaam, what he would rate her out of ten, to which Ishaam responds 5. <br> I feel this is absolutely pathetic, disgusting and disrespectful towards women but also the patrons in general. Did they not think that other users of the gym can hear them passing remarks at women. <br> Are they employed to rate women as they enter and leave the gym? <br> I shudder to think of what other remarks they could be passing at Other female users if the gym.
