Pathetic Bedfordview branch

To whom it may concern. I have been a member of Virgin active as far back as I can remember. I have a premium subscription and train at quite a few gyms. The Bedfordview one is by far the worst one that I have come across, the it always dirty, there is always something wrong with the equipment and the parking is a nightmare.

For the last few years I have been wanting to write a complaint but have just left it. This past week I made use of the sauna (17/01/2019) and noticed that the sauna door handles had been replaced. The inside handle had been removed and replaced with one of those panels used to push the door open from the inside which was already broken ( not sure how they thought you would pull it closed from the inside though) so people were swinging the door closed from the inside and getting their fingers out the way as quick as possible. I made the staff aware of this when I left the gym that day and so did many other members. Yesterday 20/01/2019 I again made use of the sauna only to see that nothing had been done about the removed door handle. While trying to get the door closed I slammed my finger in the door and cut it quite badly, today I think it is actually broken as the nail has gone completely black and the underside of my finger is also bruising. I will need to make the time to go for an xray when I can. The sauna was recently redone and such a bad job was done that there are exposed *****s that pierce your skin when leaning back on the top seats. Its ridiculous that your branch in such an exclusive area is of such a poor standard.
