Pathetic and ********* Service

I canceled mine and my daughter's gym contract on the 2nd May 2023 and i called back on the 14th May 2023 to confirm that the cancellation was done as i never received any communication in writing confirming this. Even Though i called and cancelled the debit order still ran off my account. The service is absolutely pathetic and i have had endless issues with VA. Over the 12 months contract they have double debited, incorrectly debited me and then take forever to process the refund. I want my refund of over R2k done immediately
